– Responsible for managing daily operations of the accounting department<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Documents financial transactions by entering account information, substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Control all the booking information entries into the system, reconcile between the system and accounting documents to ensure all daily business transactions fully and properly recorded<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Perform various analysis reports as directed by the Finance Director<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Implement and improve, develop the accounting procedures specific to the company, to ensure integrity of all financial information, to maintains financial security by following internal controls<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Monitor the compliance with VAS, and IFRS (if any), local regulations and The Company reporting requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Report – Daily\/Weekly\/Monthly report to make sure everything is under control<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Organizing documents storage process and accounting software data<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Capable of coaching and assisting employees within the department to develop by coordinating activities and answering questions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Advise management on needed actions by making suggestions\/coming up with financial solutions to the management on how to improve profits and cut losses<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– To fix the budget of the department and implement it<\/p>\n\n\n\n
